OHL offers two financing options so you can spread your balance over 6, 12, 18, and 24 months installments instead of paying in full at the time of your home purchase. These options are designed to provide support as you take your first step towards purchasing your home at one of our properties.
Option 1. Cash Financing
Through the cash financing option, you can pay the full cost or break up the total amount owed on your account into smaller payments as shown in Table 1 below. If you choose this option, please follow steps 1 and 2.

  • Step 1. Complete the OHL Reservation form and pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of $1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred). This fee secures a unit within the development and guarantees current price for up to 21 days based on the Reservation Agreement.

  • Step 2. Upon completion of the OHL Reservation form AND, receipt of the non-refundable $1,500.00 reservation deposit, the property will be held for a review period of twenty-one (21) business days. During this review period, you will be provided with an OHL Sales Agreement form to review, sign, and return alongside the first installment of your Property Payment Plan. Please see Table 1 for the three (3) plans (A, B, C) available to cash financing buyers.

Option 2. Mortgage Financing
If you choose to finance your home purchase, take advantage of our flexible mortgage payment utilizing your income/credit score abroad to secure a loan with a reputable bank in Ghana. Plan A consists of two installments, and Plan B consists of three installments. If you choose this option, please follow steps 1 and 2 below

  • Step 1. Complete our online OHL Reservation form. Pay the non-refundable $1,500.00 property reservation deposit. Upon receipt of the form and the non-refundable $1,500 deposit, you will be provided with an OHL Property Offer Document to present to your chosen mortgage lender.

  • Step 2. Once we receive the Agreement in Principle confirmation from your mortgage lender, A Sales Agreement will be issued for you to review, sign, and return to OHL. The first installment of your Property Payment Plan will also be required. Please see Table 2 for the two (2) plans (A and B) available to mortgage financing buyers.
