Answers for the Thoughtful Buyer

Purchasing a luxury home — especially from abroad — involves many questions. We've compiled the ones we hear most often, grouped by topic.

Buying from Abroad

Yes. Many of our buyers are diaspora-based and complete their purchase entirely remotely. We provide detailed virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and dedicated account managers who guide you through every step. We only ask that you visit for your handover — though we can arrange a trusted representative to receive on your behalf if needed.

Typically: a valid passport or national ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a completed buyer application form. For financed purchases, your mortgage provider will have additional requirements. Our team will provide a personalised checklist at the start of your journey.

It begins with a consultation — in person or online — to understand your needs and match you with the right community and unit type. Once you select your home, you'll receive a Sales & Purchase Agreement, pay a reservation deposit to secure the unit, then progress through staged payments tied to construction milestones. We provide transparent updates throughout, and keys are handed over upon final completion.

Absolutely. You can appoint a Power of Attorney (POA) to act on your behalf for signings and in-country matters. Our team works closely with POAs and can recommend trusted legal professionals if you need one.
